Detailed itinerary
Our cooking class takes 2 hours including:

• 10h30: Be ready at Pu Luong ancient stilt house to meet group and join the cooking class
• 11h00 – 12h00: Cooking class with our special chief including:
  • Grinding rice from paddy to produce rice in the traditional way.
  • Making bamboo tube rice of the Thai people (or cooking colorful sticky rice).
  • Making grilled minced meat wrapped in fragrant dong leaves.
  • Grilling skewers of meat marinated with mac khén and pepper (or frying tofu to dip in shrimp paste).
  • Learning to brew leaf yeast wine and enjoying hot wine on-site.
  • Preparing banana flower salad (or refreshing papaya salad).
• 12.00: Enjoy your special lunch which is made on your own hand.
• 13h30: End of experienced tour.

• Children from 5-8 years old will be charged 50% adult price
• Children under 5 will be free of charge

• Cancel within 48 hours before departure date: 100% charge
• Cancel at least 2 days before departure date: 50% charge

• Pickup around Don village area is available. Surcharge for pickup and drop off service by car is 10 USD/person/ round trip.
• There are some kind of activities you are free to join at Ancient stilt house as participating in traditional game of Thai Tribe, riding a buffalo cart, bamboo rafting, visit the surprising cave. Our staff will be glad to assist you there.
